Where to start with how helpful and talented Rachel is. Rachel was able to fit me in at short notice to do a wedding dress alteration to ensure it fitted perfectly. She was so helpful and even talked through with me how to do sleeves on my dress that could be removed and came up with solutions when poppers wouldn’t work as they came undone. Rachel also put a bustle on the lace dress but noted the train then fell below the bustle so ensured there was a way to tie the back of my wedding dress up without displaying the lining and it would hang beautifully. I would recommend Rachel, her dedication and attention to detail and obvious skill and friendly nature made bridal alterations so easy! Thank you Rachel.

Special thanks to my amazing bridal seamstress Rachel (Sew Beautiful Alteration for her amazing amendments, which perfected my fitting after the fitting of my wedding dress was a disaster . She worked some magic on my dress and it was the perfect as if nothing was previously wrong. She was so passionate and committed, as well as reassuring making me happy with my dress on my special day.

I had 2 new jacquard fabric dresses that needed to be altered, one taken in and one taken up. I had a great experience with Rachel from start to finish, very friendly and she knew exactly how to get the fit I wanted. I wore the dress taken in for my birthday weekend and my not-so-fashion-minded boyfriend deemed it his new favourite dress on me because it was cut and fit so beautifully. I would recommend Rachel’s services and being petite (therefore finding it difficult to find clothing that fits well), will definitely be back!
